As a Licensed Clinical Counselor my goal is to help my clients break through the obstacles in life, without making things more complicated. Lets face it, we are all super busy!

Despite good intentions, working with a professional counselor can be challenging to fit in to your schedule.

I offer counseling utilizing a confidential, HIPPA compliant platform.

 On-line Counseling is performed via asynchronous text (aka messaging back and forth), live voice (phone) or video on a specialized app/program on your phone, or on your computer. 

 Video based counseling works much like other video-chat features such as

Face Time or Skype. However I do not use Skype or Facetime because these are not HIPPA compliant.  In some cases you may have to download an app or log in to a client portal to

send messages or participate in a video counseling session.

On-line Counseling is ideal for individuals who:

• Want to try something different

• Want to have sessions with their counselor at various times vs. one set time every week

• Maintain a difficult schedule, or

• Like the idea of receiving counseling in the comfort of your own home or just about anywhere!
